About TOP-UP

TOP-UP is a small US brand that makes charging accessories. We are registered as Top-Up US LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, and we sell in one market: the United States — here on top-up.one and on Amazon US.

The idea the whole range is built on

Most people carry more charging cables than they need. A phone cable, a watch cable, an earbuds cable, and a spare because one of them will fail. Every product we design starts from the same question: can this replace two of those?

That is why our best-selling item is a 4-in-1 cable that puts an Apple Watch puck, a USB-C connector and a Lightning connector on one cord. It is why our lanyards are also working USB-C cables — a strap you already wear is one fewer thing to forget. And it is why we sell cables in 2-packs more often than singly: most people need a cable in two places, not one very good cable in one place.

What we make

• Multi-device cables — 3-in-1, 4-in-1 and 3-in-2 cords combining an Apple Watch magnetic puck with USB-C, Lightning or Micro-USB, from 1.3 ft to 6.6 ft.
• USB-C charging cables — 60W Power Delivery, braided, in six colours and two lengths, sold in 2-packs.
• CarPlay cables — data-rated USB-A to USB-C, in the two lengths that actually fit a car.
• Slim wall chargers — flat 18W and 30W USB-C PD plugs with folding prongs, thin enough to leave plugged in behind furniture.
• Charging lanyards — wrist and crossbody phone straps with a USB-C cable built into the strap.

What we do not make, and will not claim

We would rather lose a sale than have a product arrive and disappoint. So, plainly:

• Our Apple Watch cables do not fast-charge the watch. Apple fast charge requires Apple's own USB-C Magnetic Fast Charging Cable. Our magnetic pucks charge every Apple Watch series at the standard rate — roughly two hours from empty to full, which is fine overnight and not fine if you have twenty minutes.
• We do not make high-wattage laptop chargers. Our wall chargers stop at 30W because a flat body has less room inside than a GaN brick. 30W covers phones, tablets, watches and earbuds. A 16-inch laptop needs something else.
• We are not the cheapest option. There are three-dollar cables. They are usually charge-only, which is exactly why wired CarPlay fails and why a fast charger feels slow.
