PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Please allow 3 – 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

ORDER INSURANCE - WITH ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route Package Protection is a service that ensures your order during transit and can be added to your order checkout. SIR. is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels during transit. The route is not refundable.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@top-up.one or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
