Apple Watch Charging Cables
An Apple Watch needs its own magnetic puck, which is why most people end up carrying a second cable purely for the watch. Every cable in this collection puts that puck on the same cord as your phone charger.

Apple Watch Charging Cables: buying guide
4-in-1 and 3-in-2 — what the numbers mean
- 4-in-1 — watch puck plus three device connectors (typically USB-C, Lightning and Micro-USB).
- 3-in-2 — watch puck plus two device legs, but with two separate inputs so the watch and the phone draw power independently rather than splitting one port.
Choosing a length
- 3.3 to 4 ft — the general-purpose length. Reaches from a socket to a bedside table.
- 6 ft — for sockets behind furniture, or for charging from the far side of a bed.
Compatibility
The magnetic disc used in these cables charges all Apple Watch series, including SE and Ultra models. Charging speed on the watch is set by the watch itself, not by the cable — a watch that supports fast charging will fast-charge, and one that does not will charge at its normal rate.
Fast charge, stated plainly
Apple fast charge requires Apple's own USB-C Magnetic Fast Charging Cable. A standard third-party puck, TOP-UP's included, charges at the normal rate — roughly two hours from empty to full. We would rather say that here than let you find out after the order arrives. Full detail in the compatibility chart.
Common questions
Can an Apple Watch charge from a USB-C port? Yes — several cables here terminate in USB-C, which is what current laptops, phone chargers and car ports provide.
Can it charge the watch and phone at the same time? Yes on every model, though on single-input cables the available wattage is shared between the connected devices.
Every cable here is also listed under multi-charging cables. If you only need a phone cable, see USB-C cables.
