Track Your Order

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see where your parcel is. Tracking is provided by 17TRACK and covers every carrier we ship with.

Where do I find my tracking number?

You get two emails after ordering on top-up.one: an order confirmation straight away, and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. The number is in the second email. Orders are processed within one business day, so if you ordered today the tracking email normally arrives tomorrow.

The number is not showing anything yet

A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created. If it is still blank after a full business day, email info@top-up.one with your order number and we will chase it — you do not need to contact the carrier yourself.

I bought on Amazon, not here

Orders placed through Amazon are tracked from your Amazon order page, not here. Amazon handles shipping, tracking and delivery issues for those under its own terms.
